Online Booking Tips
Step 1: Start by selecting your desired date and service.
Tips for choosing your service:
When you are requesting your appointment, keep in mind the order your stylist will perform the services. If you are getting a color service, be sure to list this as your first service, then followed by your cut or style.
To select more than one service, click “add another service” on the right.

Step 2: Choose your stylist and appointment time
After you have selected your services in the correct order, you will be given the opportunity to select your desired stylist or the first available. This is also when you will be given a list of all of our employees available for your selected services on your desired day of your appointment.

Step 3: Login or create an account
You will be prompted to login if you are a returning online booking client. If not, you will be prompted to create an account.
Note: Even if you are an existing client of our salon, you will need to create an online booking profile to book your first appointment. After your first online booking experience, you will be able to login using the email address and password you created!
This is also where you will be given the opportunity to sign up for email updates, promotions, sales, and special events!
Step 4: Confirm your appointment
Once you have logged in or created your profile, you will be prompted to either request your appointment or make any needed changes. This is also where you will be able to add any comments for our Total Experience Team or the stylist you will be seeing.
Note: This is an appointment request. All requests must be approved before your appointment is confirmed and booked. Our Total Experience Team will respond to all requests within a timely manner to ensure all of your spa and beauty needs are met!
Step 5: Keep an eye out for our approval!
Now that you have successfully requested your appointment, you will be shown the window below. Our Total Salon Experience Team will be in touch with you shortly to either confirm you appointment, or make any adjustments.
Note: If you do not see this notice that your appointment request was successful, there is a chance your appointment was not submitted properly. If this happens, you can either go back and try the request again, or you can always call us to confirm.
