To guarantee all appointments we do require a card on file for all guests. Once entered, your information is encrypted in the system, and safe + secure. You can do this upon booking, with one of our guest experts. If you would rather, you can enter your card information online, through online booking. All you have to do is schedule an appointment and at checkout when prompted enter your card information in (this will not charge your card). This will keep it on file for all future appointments, still encrypted in the system, and safe + secure.

Appointment + Cancellation Policy

Same Day Cancellations + No-Shows- Need to cancel your appointment but can’t find the time to call and speak to one of our guest experts? Don’t worry we have other options!

All appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled 24hrs+ prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any appointments cancelled outside of this window or are no-showed are subject to charge.

Running Late- If you are running late for an appointment, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your service. If your visit cannot be accommodated by your stylist/technician you may be subject to charge.

Retail + Returns

We take pride in providing the total salon experience at Salon Patrick, and that does not end at the door. We want you to love your hair, skin, and nails in salon and at home. Offering industry leading hair and skincare products, we want you to be satisfied with every product you take home. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase you may exchange with another product of equal or lesser value, or add a credit to your Salon Patrick account to use on future product or services. We do not offer cash back or credit card refunds for returns.

We accept Cash, Check, Salon Patrick Gift Cards, and Credit/Debit cards including Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Discover.

Gift Cards

A Salon Patrick gift card is the perfect gift for any occasion! You are able to add any dollar amount or service(s) of your choice. Gift cards can be redeemed for salon retail and/or services. Gift cards do not expire.

Gift cards must be presented at time of use. Are non-refundable. Have no cash value. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Gift Certificates

Salon Patrick Gift Certificates are presented when we have a sale or promotion that has an expiration date.
