Salon Patrick CancelLation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to us at Salon Patrick, and we reserve them specifically for you. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to modify or cancel your appointment.
When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that time, and other clients on our waiting list miss out on the chance to receive services. To avoid this, we confirm ALL appointments 48 hours in advance to give you ample time to make any adjustments.
As your appointment is reserved specifically for you, a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of services scheduled will apply for late cancellations or no-shows. We require a credit card on file for all clients to facilitate this process.
This policy helps us keep our schedules running smoothly, allowing us to offer openings to clients on our waiting list and continue delivering the best possible service. We appreciate your understanding and support of our policies, which help us serve you and all our clients with excellence.
*If you have not arrived for a scheduled appointment and we have not received notice of a delay, our front desk staff will call to remind you of your appointment at the scheduled time.
appointment Confirmation:
As a courtesy, we will confirm your scheduled appointment via EMAIL, TEXT, and/or PHONE CALL prior to your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email AND text 48 hours before your scheduled service. If we don’t receive confirmation, we will follow up with a call the day before your appointment.
Please note, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.

Please note, we do not offer cash refunds or credit card reimbursements for returns.
