HappY Place - Healthy Place

All people experience occasional anger, and in most cases it passes fairly quickly.We are stressed today. No one wants all that is involved with being in a Pandemic. We feel anxious, frayed, and angry. The impact of anger increases our risk of health problems considerably. No one wants that either, so how do we change our mindset, so that our health is not affected so negatively?

We distance ourselves mentally and emotionally, along with our already physical distancing. Replace the distance with visualization.

Go to your happy place. Imagine your perfect place. Not one that involves conflict or anger, one that ultimately keeps you safe, at peace, and happy, no matter where you are.

The power of visualization can take you anywhere you want to be at, any time you want it, or need it. It is another form of meditation that will get better the more you practice it.
