Salon Patrick CancelLation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to Salon Patrick, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for changes/cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to ensure you have adequate time if changes need made. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee for the full amount of services scheduled will apply. We ask for a credit card on file for all clientele.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Salon Patrick policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Confirmations:

As a courtesy, we will EMAIL , TEXT, &/or CALL you to confirm your scheduled appointments prior to your appointment date. You will receive a confirmation email and text 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. If not confirmed, we will also call you the day before your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Retail + Returns:

We take pride in providing the total salon experience at Salon Patrick, and that does not end at the door. We want you to love your hair, skin, and nails in salon and at home. Offering industry leading hair and skincare products, we want you to be satisfied with every product you take home. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase you may exchange with another product of equal or lesser value, or add a credit to your Salon Patrick account to use on future product or services. We do not offer cash back or credit card refunds for returns.
