The holiday season is always a busy time here at Salon Patrick. Aside from ensuring our clients are fresh and ready for the holidays, we were able to give back to the Aurora Community.

Our team helps contribute throughout the year to make this possible by wearing jeans on Fridays. In exchange for wearing jeans, they donate $1 to our Jean Jar . This year we were able to divide our Jean Jar donations amongst two organizations- the Aurora Food Pantry and Aurora Police Department’s Shop with a Cop.

Along with our monetary donation to the Aurora Food Pantry, our clients were gracious enough to fill our salon with nonperishable food items and toiletries to donate as well.

This was our first year participating in Aurora Police Departments Shop with a Cop. Our donation helped 18 kids shop for their families, while creating a positive relationship between youth and law enforcement.

Along with our monetary donation raised from our team- Shannon, Owner of Salon Patrick, matched our donations to both organizations.

Our food and toiletry donation went so well, we decided to collect again around Christmas. We shared our love with the Portage County Clothing Center and collected various clothing and toiletry items.

Along with the various organizations we were lucky enough to support this holiday season, we also love supporting local groups and organizations throughout the year by donating raffle baskets or gift cards.

Overall, we were able to donate over $5,000 to various organizations throughout our community this year. We are so grateful for our generous clients who support us and give us the opportunity to give back to our community. We are very excited to continue this momentum and growth into the 2020 year with the support of our devoted clients.
